Straling chords by Megafoons

inspired by "blowin'in the wind" from Bob Dylan, de Megafoons recorded this track as part of the "anti nuclear A side"from their second single. The other anti nuclear side song on that single was stop the cruise missile or "stop de kruisraket". This single included two additional violin players and a conga player to the original line up of Maurits Groenenberg and Willem Koppenol as the two singer songwriters of the megaphones / "De Megafoons". Written in 1980 in order to support the anti nuclear energy protest movement, this song proved out to remain surprisingly actual after Tchernobyl and Fukushima. Read more on Last.fm.
