A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE FALL-OUTS:
The Fall-Outs began in the mid-eighties, with Dave Holmes on guitar, Shannon McConnell on bass, and Dino Lencioni on drums... They put out a tape on GREEN MONKEY and some singles on REGAL SELECT and ESTRUS... Shannon quit... Mudhoney’s Steve Turner said “I’ll play bass”, and they said “ok”... They put out a self-titled album on Steve’s SUPER-ELECTRO RECORDS... ESTRUS released an album of songs recorded when Shannon was in the band, called HERE I COME AND OTHER HITS... Steve quit... Shannon rejoined... They put out an album called SLEEP to rave reviews... Shannon quit... Zaac Aubrey said “I’ll play bass”, and they said “ok”... Their fourth album, SUMMERTIME, was released on ESTRUS RECORDS to rave reviews... It sold more than anyone (other than rocket scientists, brain surgeons, and other people considered to be “really smart”) could count... A lot of people became VERY rich off the album... The Fall-Outs have now retired to the South of Burien - coming out of retirement only to tour, record songs and watch episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer together.
