The Crestones toured with Peter & Gordon mid 1960's and appeared on TV in 1965 and Tackle Skin Cream (radio) commercials.
Also...Last but not least...Even The Beach Boys loved The Crestones. Listen to the FULL version of the song BARBARA ANN by the BEACH BOYS. The song lyrics mention numerous bands by name..They sing out The Crestones......Gotta love it.
My Father, Jerry Zee was the drummer and lead vocalist for "The Crestones". Sadly, he passed away February of 2008. RIP>>>Big ZEE.
