Karen would be playing two shows comprised of a body of love songs written over the last two years. These songs were to be played live with a "motley" of NYC natives, under the name Native Korean Rock. Five songs are available on Native Korean Rock's official MySpace. A few days after the shows, Karen O said in an interview that Native Korean Rock was a one time thing. She also stated that the Yeah Yeah Yeahs are her main priority, and that the new record should be out in the beginning of next year. She also hinted to fans backstage that she will make all the Native Korean Songs available for download.
