Influenced by folk guitarists Davy Graham, Bert Jansch and Nick Drake though with a hardened spirit and fearless worldview, he played few shows and established himself as a proficient guitarist and perceptive songwriter. During the writing of his only album A Good Day For A Migraine Younan was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and given months to live, some songs were written after the diagnosis. The album , produced by Ghost Mountain's acclaimed guitarist/producer Christian Pyle, was released to critical acclaim on Vitamin Records in May 2008.
