Two powerful Italian performers let down by their country's stale musical scene. Atti, singer and guitarist (and bassist during recording sessions) and Ardog on drums, two forceful and passionate musicians. A self-taught player, Atti absorbed genuine hard rock influences which he translates into a trademark sound. Ardog shows a heavy approach, and a feeling on the edge of metal. The clash between them is particularly interesting and gives birth to a distinguished blend of music, as can be heard on their self-produced 2007 album, the homonymous "Drop Alive" (freely downloadable on www.dropalive.com). Incendiary guitar melodies and a thunderous rhythm is what happens on any stage they step on. This plain-played, emotional hard rock music finds yet another dimension when they face their audience with an all acoustic setup, which lets the purest essence of the tunes pour out. Lyrics are meaningful, loud and clear, very personal. They convey the messages they believe in most. Drop Alive aim as high as the human eye can see and way beyond. Read more on Last.fm.
