There have been at least two bands named Kultura:
1. Kultura was a Polish reggae band, active from 1983 to 1986, and associated with the legendary Warsaw students' club 'Hybrydy'. It was one of the key acts of the contemporary Polish reggae scene and remains known for their energetic performances, recorded on several bootlegs. Throughout its career the band remained close to Izrael, to a point of the two often performing as an all-stars outfit Kultura-Izrael. Following Kultura's disbanding, its leader, Dariusz 'Maleo' Malejonek (later member of Maleo Reggae Rockers, Houk, Moskwa, 2Tm2,3 and Armia, among others) became a permanent member of Izrael.
Kultura did not manage to record any LPs, still some of their tracks got released on compilation albums.

2. Kultura is a rock band from Poreč, Croatia. They started their career as a duo (Đana Šegon - vocals and Danijel Damjanović - guitar), performing rock hits of the 90's in local clubs. In 1996, the other two members joined the band, Drago Botica-Bota - drums, and Pero Dobrović - bass. After participating on Art and Music Festival '97 in Pula, they recorded 6 demo songs. In 1998. the signed a contract with MENART and recorded their first album 'Ogledalo' ('Mirror'). After releasing the second album 'Vožnja' they disbanded.
3. Kultura is Metalcore, Deathcore, Nu-Metal, Hardcore und Grunge-Band from Germany's Insel Rügen. They formed in 2009. On stage you could see Kultura with C.O.R., Encased Eden,Astray and many more.
